1. What makes your concrete urns different from traditional urns?
Our urns are modern, sleek, and handmade in Quebec. They blend naturally into any decor and are designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and meaningful.
2. Can the urn be personalized?
Yes! Choose from a variety of sizes, colors, engravings, imprints, medallions, or even a QR code to a digital memorial. Everything is designed to ensure each urn tells a unique story.
3. What are your urns made of?
They are made from high-quality concrete, a durable, recyclable and weather-resistant material, meticulously hand-cast in our workshop.
4. Can the urn be used outside?
Yes, our urns are highly resistant to outdoor conditions. However, we recommend protecting them from extreme weather to prolong their beauty.
5. What sizes do you offer?
Two standard sizes are available for animals and humans. Custom designs are also available to meet your needs.
6. How to order an urn?
Write to us at info@concretememory.ca or info@lesmimipots.com . We will guide you through each step to create an urn that reflects your personality.
7. What is the manufacturing time?
On average, it takes between 2 and 4 weeks. For urgent requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
8. Are your urns eco-friendly?
Yes. Concrete is recyclable, and each urn is produced locally, by hand, without mass production.
9. Can we see the urns before ordering?
You can view our catalog online or make an appointment to visit our workshop.
10. Do you ship internationally?
We deliver throughout North America. For other destinations, contact us to discuss options.
11. Who is behind Concrete Memory?
I, Myriam , craftswoman and founder. I created Concrete Memory after the death of my cat in 2022, with the desire to design urns that are beautiful, soothing, and respectful of the memory of those we love.
