Collaboration with HEC Montréal: An inspiring corporate order
At Mimipots, we're passionate about creating unique and durable decorative concrete objects. Today, I'm pleased to share a collaboration that really stood out to me: a special corporate commission created in partnership with the HEC Montréal entrepreneurial base.
As the founder of Mimipots, I have always strived to combine creativity and quality. This collaboration with HEC Montréal was the perfect opportunity to merge our shared values of innovation and sustainability to create a unique corporate product. Working with such a prestigious institution was not only an honor, but also an opportunity to give back to a community that has played a key role in my entrepreneurial journey.
A meaningful collaboration
This commission was particularly important to me because I had the opportunity to participate in HEC Montréal's EntrePrism incubator in 2022. This program was a decisive turning point in my career, providing me with valuable knowledge and an invaluable network. Collaborating again with HEC Montréal was a way to pay tribute to this institution that contributed so much to my entrepreneurial development.
The Importance of Meaningful Partnerships
At Mimipots, we firmly believe that meaningful collaborations are essential to innovate and create authentic products. Working with HEC Montréal allowed us to combine our expertise to design a product that not only meets expectations, but exceeds them. These partnerships enrich our creative process and strengthen our ties with the entrepreneurial community. This project highlighted the importance of co-creation in developing impactful products.
The product development process
Developing this corporate product was a true creative journey. Here are the key steps in the process:
- Design and drawing : We started with brainstorming and design sessions to define the aesthetics and functionality of the product. M Thanks to those who participated in this stage. Jules Lerouge and Delphie Poulin
- 3D Printing : Once the design was finalized, prototypes were created via 3D printing, allowing every detail to be refined. M Thanks to Clément Bouland for this important piece.
- Casting : The silicone mold was made from the 3D printed prototype, ensuring a faithful reproduction of the original design. By Myriam, founder of Mimipots.
- Concrete Creation : Each piece has been carefully cast in concrete, guaranteeing unparalleled durability and aesthetics.
- Personalization : For a unique finishing touch, we used UV personalization, incorporating the event's awards and nominations.
This collaboration with HEC Montréal was an enriching and inspiring experience. By combining our strengths, we created a product that embodies the values of innovation and sustainability. This project highlights the importance of meaningful partnerships in the world of entrepreneurship and motivates us to continue innovating and creating unique and memorable objects.
Congratulations to everyone!
