Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at info@lesmimipots.com within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or a refund.

Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for the following reasons:

  • Change of color preference
  • Presence of air bubbles, which are considered normal in handcrafted concrete products
  • Items damaged during delivery

Inspection Upon Receipt
We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receiving your order.

If you notice any damage caused during delivery, please contact us immediately at info@lesmimipots.com.

Proof
For any defective or damaged products, please provide a clear photo showing the damage via email. Once the proof is validated by our team, you may either keep the item or return it at your own expense.

Replacement
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost after verifying the proof provided.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing and return of the item. You may pick up the item in person, or if applicable, we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective product.

Usage of the Product
Used products are non-refundable. Please ensure any damage is reported before using the item.

Initiating a Return
The return request must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.

Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will not be provided for items damaged during return shipping.
